Pastor's letter of the week.
Dear CBC Family Members and Friends, (3/6/10)
I hope you had a good week. I heard good reports from last Sunday and thank the Lord with you. I really appreciate Rob and Beth Worthington. Rob has a heart for this flock and I am sure his message was used of the Lord. We were grateful for a weekend off. I got sick (and have been sick all week) so we did not go to far away but it was nice to be able to rest and work on getting better.
This weekend is loaded. In a few minutes, I am leaving for a multi-church prayer breakfast in Corinth where I will be speaking. I'm still weak but able to speak. Pray. Tonight, we have a youth activity at church from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tomorrow, I plan to share a message that will include pictures and videos from my recent trip to Haiti. At noon, we will be observing the Lord's Supper.
Let's pray for God to work as we gather for church tomorrow.
