Answers to Common Questions from First-Time Attendees
Everyone is welcome to attend our services. Here are some answers to questions you may have before visiting.
Where are you located?
Our church address is 12 Launfal Street, Albany, NY. While we’re located in the heart of suburban South Colonie, not far from major highways in the area, we’d highly recommend using your GPS or preferred smartphone navigation app to find us! Get directions here.
What do you believe?
See our doctrinal statement.

What’s a typical Sunday like?
At 9:30 AM, adults gather in our Fellowship Hall for a Bible study, while kids and teens meet in separate classes. At 10:30, we gather in the main auditorium, where we worship through song and hear a message from God’s Word. Kids can attend children’s church, while babies and toddlers can go to our fully staffed nursery.
What’s a typical LIFE Group like?
Currently, LIFE Groups are held on Wednesdays and Thursdays in our building starting at 6 PM. Our church family gathers to discuss the themes of each week's message, as well as to spend time in fellowship.
Do you offer transportation?
If you need a ride to church, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
How should I dress?
Attendees dress in a variety of styles, from formal to casual. We won’t judge you for the way you dress.
What music do you sing?
We sing a combination of traditional hymns and gospel songs, along with doctrinally sound newer hymns. We believe God has worked through all eras (both past and present) to provide believers with a musical expression of their faith, and we seek to reflect that in our song choices.
What age ranges are represented?
Our congregation includes a wide representation of ages, from young families, to children and teens, to college students, to seniors. We offer classes for all ages!
